Sibra gourmet – we are delighted to welcome you for food and drinks in the castle and on its terraces!

We create aesthetic soirées for mind and stomach in a unique ambience.

Our menu serves four new plates daily, which can be combined to form a menu or can also be enjoyed individually. Just as you wish, as well as a vegetarian variant. In the spirit of Sibra, the creations of Saint George are made with ingredients from the castle’s garden and from producers within a distance of 50 km. Our wine list offers a wide selection of organic and natural wines.
